I had my charge 3 for about a month. Then one day I disconnected my fit bit by accident after going swimming by turning off blue tooth. It had been working fine after swimming all the way up to the point when I disconnected it. It was at 50% battery and blue tooth had only been off for about a minute. It wouldn’t reconnect I tried multiple times it will not reset and the screen is always black. There is no vibration or anything so I decided to try and charge it. I came back after plugging it in about 5 minutes later went to pick it up just to find it was extremely hot and almost burnt my hand it’s safe to say at this point it’s broken and I plan on returning it. The charge three worked really well and I liked it a lot till it broke for no apparent reason. It was a waste of my money and after reading some other problems people had with it I think it’s safe to say the charge 3 is overloaded with problems and you should buy a different model smart watch.
