Last year my Charge 3 was replaced due to first getting lines on the screen and then the screen stopped working altogether. That was in November 2019. Well, it looks like the same thing may have started to happen again.
I current have one horizontal black line in the middle of the screen. I have tried as suggested in many posts to change the face and restart the device, but the line remains.
Why is this so common?
Please assist.
