Charge 3 loosing power

I have had a charge 3 for 10 months. I leave it charging all night, it is at 100% in the morning but looses all charge by 5:00 pm. What can be done to fix this?

Looks like this is a common issue with Charge 3.

 

In my case it (battery draining) happened within few days after completing the warranty period. I opened a case (33789640) and they were trying to sell a  new device with a discount. However I am not confident to take this offer.

I suspect this is similar tactic that is used by some of the leading phone manufactures to force the customers to buy new devices by degrading battery performance.

 

My fitbit experience was good till till battery drain out issue started. It degraded from (5 days/full charge) to (2-3 hours/full charge). Happened as soon as i am out of warranty!!!!!!!!!

Had mine since Christmas, todays charge was my final straw. Lasted 2 hours! And I have nothing extra added yet. Just the basics.

Nothing yet, seems to be a common problem. Bought it through Amazon, so I’ll probably return it, then maybe just down grade a model where, hopefully it doesn’t have this issue. Still researching though. I will contact Fitbit first.

I’ve contacted Fitbit directly and they have done s battery test. Just waiting to hear what next

Contact Fitbit directly. They have just agreed to replace mine.
