My Fitbit Charge 3 has started developing lines of missing pixels on its face. I bought the device in May of 2019 and have tried changing the clock face and resetting it (holding for up 10 15 seconds), but no results. What else should I try?

I too am having issues with my charge 3 screen, it has lost its pixels at the top of the screen.
I love my charge 3 and have had no problems up until now.
