I recently purchased a Charge 3 (my first Fitbit). I have worn it to bed the last 5 nights. I slept about 7 hours Mon-Thur and 9 last night. The APP data is only accurate for Tuesday night (where it shows 7 hours, 16 minutes). The other 4 nights are missing a lot of data, none of them show more than 4 hours of sleep. For example, for last night it's showing that I slept from 10pm to 1am but I slept from 10pm to 7am.
I searched and found others with similar issues. I checked the APP and it's the latest version. My Android software is up to date. I wear the Charge 3 a bit higher on my arm at night, so it stays snug. I tried re-starting the Charge 3 yesterday but obviously that didn't help. Needless to say I'm a bit disappointed with my Fitbit experience (with regards to sleep tracking) so far.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

DItto - my new Charge 3 was doing well, then started only tracking the sleep from 12 am or later to wake up time, so missing the entire night and only tracking in today, literally what was today.
How can we fix the problem? Thanks!

The Fitbit sleep application stopped working for me in July. Not sure what happened.
