Over the past few weeks my Charge 3 has been increasingly glitchy (not charging, suddenly shutting down). Yesterday evening, it did the suddenly-shutting-down thing again. Usually, plugging it in would be sufficient to wake it up and get it working again, but last night when I did that, it would give me the smiley face, wake up, and then instantly shut down again as soon as I unplugged it. Syncing from my phone (a Galaxy S8) would bring it up to date, but again, as soon as I unplugged it it would shut down, and then when plugged in again, would revert to where it was when it first shut down. My phone and the device itself give me contradictory information on the state of the battery, and no amount of fiddling with the charger makes the thing actually charge. I've looked through these boards and have tried both a regular and a "long" reset, as well as leaving it on the charger for 30+ minutes. Nothing works. It's 11 months old and if it's dead, I'd like to get it replaced before the 1-year mark - should I bother trying to make it work, or just request a replacement?
