Several days ago I replaced my Charge 2 with the Charge 3 but I'm not getting any data in the Estimated Oxygen Variation Chart. I'm getting all the other sleep data and I'm wearing the band snugly on my wrist; I'm getting well over 3 hrs of sleep; I don't move that much during sleep; and the device is charged. Any suggestions?

I tried the forced stop but that didn't work and then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that didn't work either. And finally, I rebooted the watch - which I learned can be done from another community member and that got it to work.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Dave1009.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that after replacing your Charge 2 tracker with the Charge 3 you're not getting any data in the Estimated Oxygen Variation chart. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend to force close the app and check it again to see if your EOV appears.
You can find more information about estimated oxygen variation at How do I track my estimated oxygen variation in the Fitbit app?
Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

After you rebooted did your data appear for previous nights or just going forward? My device is new and everything but the oxygenation is working. I rebooted, installed, uninstalled and nothing.

I didn't lose any data and I don't recall if prior O2 variability data showed up when I rebooted the Fitbit.

The missing 2 days of oxygen graphs did appear after I reinstalled the app. Didn't after the watch reboot that I tried first.

Help please....didn't realise I had to be so techy....unfortunately I'm not.
Please could you tell me how to reboot. Don't know how to force stop, either.
I haven't had a problem in a year of use so this is new to me.
Thank you in advance.

Thank you Dave 1009.
I have rebooted but yesterday's Oxygen Data hasn't shown up.
I will see what happens tonight and try the uninstall route if the reboot isn't successful.
