My charge 3 has decided to stop tracking my daily swims again.
I swim continuously for 25-30min, with a short (3-4 second) pause at the end of a length to catch a breath. Autotracking is on etc, and I'm just doing standard breaststroke or front crawl with no floats or pull buoys.
I've tried
- changing the clock face
- soft reboot
- factory reset
- uninstall everything, reinstall and pair
- change the autotracking period to 14 minutes, then save it, then change it back to 10 mins
- stop all apps and then go back into fitbit
Nothing, nadda, zilch, zero. Has anyone got any suggestions (apart from my next option, which is buy a garmin!) that might start it tracking swims again
