My fitbit charge 3 used to buzz when I got a phone call or a Facebook messanger msg. I switched phones to an LGK51 and I can't get it to buzz when I receive a msg. phone call. I checked the app & the blue tooth and notifications are on. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @jendwoodson.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Charge 3 stopped vibrating when you receive a call or notification after switching phones. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to assist you. Thank you for your time and efforts.
While your phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment and some functions might work intermittently, I recommend confirming that you don't have "Do not disturb" or "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
You can also try restarting your tracker by following the steps at How do I restart my Fitbit device? For additional troubleshooting tips, see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
Let me know how it goes.
