I have a Fitbit charge 3 that will not charge. Since i have bought it, i had to hook up the charging cable 20 or so times before it would actually start charging. I’ve done this for a while, but now the Fitbit hit 0% life and i cannot see if it’s being charged and it will not turn on. I purchased a new cord, didn’t work. Yes I’ve cleaned it and the cable, yes I’ve made sure it’s connected correctly, it simply will not work. Please help! I used this watch a lot!

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker won't charge.
