All notifications are turned on, I have had a new phone (iPhone 7) and a new Fitbit (used to have Alta) and texts still aren’t displaying. I don’t understand at all, any advice?

Me too! I’ve done all the things that the help guides say to do and still nothing. So frustrating.

Same had my new Fitbit charge 3 a week now!! Have tried absolutely everything and no joy ! Its driving me mad ! Ive got iPhone se 2020 edition! I’m getting notifications for FB and instagram! Just not messages it’s very odd and very annoying! Any help would be gratefully received 😊
