Hi,
I have been using my Charge 3 for 2 years and since today it does not work anymore. If I put it on the charger, it connects and states it has 0%. After 2 minutes, a smile appears and it claims to have 100%. After another 2 minutes, it cannot be turned on anymore. When I put it back on the charger, it says it is empty again. This continues and continues. Who knows the solution for this? Already tried the cleaning, deleting my data and restarting. Need proper advice to get it back at working again.

I noticed that you've been in touch with our Customer Support. I'm pretty sure they've done their best to provide a high level of support. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
