So after a week of messing about, I somehow managed to get my texts and calls on to my tracker. However, after just 2 days it’s stopped! There have been no app updates and no iPhone updates for me so what is going on? Really not happy about this.

I understand how are you feeling. If your tracker isn't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing? and follow the instructions provided there.

Same here I’ve read the articles but when my Charge 3 shows up in Bluetooth settings there is no information circle(the circle with an i in it) . Also can the Charge 3 be on Bluetooth to both my iPad and iPhone at the same time. I see nothing about that anywhere
