I have done everything the guide advises but I cannot receive notifications on my Fitbit Charge 3. I use android.

Thanks for troubleshooting this notifications issue. If you are having problems with this feature, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
