When my battery died, my charge 3 never reset to the new date and time. It's saying today is Feb 5th when it's clearly March 13th. The time is also off. I've tried syncing and it's not connecting to my android app. Can someone help? Thank you

Hi @AshleyLauren Try restarting the Charge 3 several times and then sync to your phone (what phone is it, by the way?). If that doesnt correctnit do a long restart and then sync again. P.ease come back if you continue to have problems.
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Hi, @AshleyLauren , once your Charge 3 dies it will not know the correct time and date until it syncs. So your problem is that your Charge 3 is not syncing.
When you are having a sync problem it can often be solved by turning off Bluetooth on your Android phone, waiting 10-20 seconds and then turning it back on again. After that please try to force a sync: click sync now using Fitbit Android app.
If that does not work, try a restart of your Fitbit. When it has restarted, again try to force a sync. You may need to try the restart two or three times more, as a single restart does not always work,
If that still does not work, log out of the Fitbit app and then log in again. Then try to sync.
If it still is not syncing, try setting up your Charge 3 as a replacement tracker. And then try to sync if one does not start automatically.
Whatever you do, please do NOT remove your Charge 3 from your account (setting up as a replacement tracker has the same effect, but does not risk removing it and not being able to re-add it if the repalcement set up fails).
If you still have trouble after carefully working through these steps, please post again. There is always someone here to help.
Good luck, let us know how it goes, and welcome to the forums!

I have tried everything listed under the recent charge three in community. I have an iPhone 7 Plus. Once I reset my phone there is a single line horizontally across the face. Once I unplug it from the charger, it will not come to life at all. I’ve tried to soft reset and the hard reset. I’ve turn the Bluetooth on and off. I’m so frustrated!
