Hello @Ladysea, welcome to the Community Forums. I apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 stopped tracking your EOV data. Thanks for following all the tips and recommendations provided in the forums prior to contacting us.

Since you have sleep stages logged, please force close the app and check it again to see if your EVO appears.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome. 😉

Hi

Yes i have forced closed the app. The EOV data has returned for last night, but is still missing for the night before.

Im hoping its fixed now and maybe the missing one was because i moved around too much in my sleep and the watch moved so couldn't get a proper reading.

I will see what happens.

Many thanks
Mel

Hi @Ladysea! Thanks for getting back with such a good news. I'm glad to hear that your EOV is now working. I'm always around if you need anything else! 😉

Hello @hsmitty, welcome on board. In order to force quit the Fitbit app, do the following:

  1. Open Settings App.
  2. Scroll down and tap on 'Application Manager'
  3. Scroll down in the 'Downloaded' list and tap the name of the app.
  4. Tap 'Force Stop' to fully close the application on your device.

I'll be around if yo need further help. 😊

Hi,

Well the only way i knew of forcing an app to close (using ipad), double click home button and apps appear then flick up on the fitbit app to close. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app.

I have my EOV back today but whether forcing the app to close fixed it i dont know. We shall have to wait and see tomorrow morning.

Regards
Mel
