Charge 3 not tracking my EOV data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, I recieved a new Charge 3 on Friday and notice that it is not recording any oxygen levels. Is there something I have to turn on in settings to fix this?

Also whilst all my information goes across to my computer dashboard, my recent excercise does not, any ideas welcome Everything actually seems to be accurate and working on the watch(except EOV) and I am overall happy with it, even though it is probably more at the basic end of this type of watch. Just curious if there is a way to fix these two issues or is there a fault with the watch.

Hello there @joe3175, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device. To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must have Charge 3, Ionic, or a Versa series device.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

In regards to your recent exercise that didn't show on your Fitbit app, may I know if this is the first time you experience something like that? By any chance, did you manually log an activity that might overridden your data? What was the activity that didn't sync? Did you track it manually or you let SmartTrack to detect it?

Thanks for your reply Maria, I actually ended sending my Charge 3 back for a refund. It was not consistant in tracking steps, or exercise - 46 steps for a 15minute walk one day, 0 steps the next day and 800+ the following day. It also would not smart track my exercise. The EOV data issue was impossible to sort out and at times my sleep was not being recorded. I believe the problem was the actual FitBit, because none of the suggestions that I tried came even close to sorting it out. Maybe a software issue in the watch?
