Charge 3 not vibrating

My Charge 3 used to vibrate and after a few months it would get stuck in between vibrates like the button was being held down and would go back to normal after a few seconds. Now, the vibrating has stopped all together. I tried restarting, rebooting, checking my notification settings but the Charge 3 still does not vibrate. Any advice?
