As per the threads I have the same issue. Blank screen but was still connected to the app. Did the resets. Got the smile face but then straight back to blank screen. Then began vibrating intermittently and showing 4500000 steps a day. Now the screen is blank and when I connect the charger and try a restart it just vibrates constantly. No images on screen or changes.
I removed the device from the app and tried to resync it. Now the app cant find the device to add.
Not sure where to go from here!
