Hi,
I have my charge 3 since July 2019 with no problems.
But for the last two weeks it is not working properly!
All the information displayed on screen and on the app is incorrect. Date, time, steps, activity etc are wrong!
I have;
Deleted the app and reinstalled it,
Tried to reconnect the charge 3 to the app unsuccessfully,
Done a short and a long restart,
Changed clock faces,
None of these actions have resolved the issue
I need help please!
