My charge 3 hasn't been working in several days. I thought it was a charging issue, so I got a new charging block.
It acts completely dead, but when I have it on the charger it will be at 100% battery..
It will not sync to my app on the phone either. When I look at the app, it says that my battery is depleted.
The date has gone to January 2nd and the time is off as well.
Can anyone help me?

Plug the Fitbit's charger into an AC wall adapter and ensure the computer stays awake for several hours while the Fitbit charges. Restart the Fitbit. Like any piece of tech that misbehaves, restarting your Fitbit might clear up any glitches and get the device back up and running.
