Charge 3 notifications during sleep 'off' but still receiving notifications

I have my sleep hours set on the app and my charge 3 has 'notifications during sleep' set to 'off' but I still get WhatsApp notifications when sleeping.

 

I have my phone setting on 'silent' when sleeping and 'vibrate' when awake - I have the OnePlus slider, I'm not sure if that's relevant.

 

I really don't want to have to switch notifications off every time I go to sleep as this defeats the point of the 'notifications during sleep' mode.

 

Help?
