From last summer my charge 3 has the following issues: I don’t get notified when I receive a phone call or a text message, often the light is so dim that in an outside environment I can’t see the screen, it doesn’t remind me to move, it doesn’t cheer when I reach the step goals. I contacted the company many times... when they fix some issues, after a couple of weeks the problem restarts. They know about the issues of compatibility with an iPhone (11) but never fix those. I am a customer since 2013, but nobody takes care of me. I deserve to be updated for free (I don’t risk that the new model is not going to work at the same way)
