My daughters Charge 3 developed deep scratched very easily, not due to poor use. I have been advised by customer services to buy a new one, which is now putting me £100 out of pocket (after a discount) for an item which my daughter has only had for 2 weeks. Not sure exactly what is covered in the warranty, but from reading over peoples comments it would seem not a lot. I am not at all happy with Fitbit, all they did at the end was thank me for my feedback. Not sure what to do next. I have one very disappointed child, who can no longer wear it for swimming as I don’t trust that it is now waterproof.... why would I buy another one after this sort of service.

Hi @Tilly09 you can learn more about the warranty here - click to go there. As for the scratch, a few people have posted that they found a product that worked to remove scratches on their devices. Scratches are considered part of normal wear and tear on a product.
