Charge 3 screen and battery issues

screen dark, full charge for few minutes put it on to follow on phone and everything stops working, has to put back to charger and it shows 1% charged. cant get it to work even after restarting.

@micorazon Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and battery issues that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get them resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Charge 3 for 2-3 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
