Charge 3 screen frozen

Hi

I know this has been posted several times, but I've been trying to reset my charge 3 since yesterday.I plug in the fitbit into the USB charger into my computer, press down power button for 8-15-30 seconds - NOTHING HAPPENS! no smiley no line nothing. Been doing this over 10 times, what do I do?! I bought this a month ago and seriously feel like throwing it away -_-

I should add that when i connect the charger pin, there's a small vibration , but there is no battery icon, as screen is still frozen!

finally worked, on my tenth attempt! Long press for 15 sec, removed charge from cable, then plugged it back. Smiley face ON!
