Charge 3 screen getting dimmer - my experience

My screen has gotten dimmer over time.  I did all the rest options and called customer service.  They offer me 25% off my next one.  Very disappointed. Had the original Fitbit as of 2012, Got my charge 3 in 2018 And got the white screen so you could not read it . Got a new one and now this one is so dim you again can hardly read it.  My advice is to buy something else.  They want you to keep replacing them once they happen to work just pass the warranty.  In a time like this, with everything going on, business out of work, people unemployed, I would feel a company would want to keep all customers they can.  I did talk to the representative and then asked for supervisor. Got the same thing from both.  If you going to spend money. You should get something that works for years, not months.  I would not recommend  buying a charge 3. We have 4 Fitbit products in our house.  Time to look for someone else. Good luck
