Charge 3 screen glitching

My Charge 3 is suddenly malfunctioning, with the screen jumping from display to display and the device vibrating as if the button on the side is being held down. Is anyone else having this problem? The Charge 3 seems to be the worst product Fitbit ever made. It’s almost garbage.
