Got Charge 3 from my bro, screen was blank but able to sync.
Tried reboot, restart, 8 seconds, 15 seconds, etc., but still screen was blank.
Need advise on what to do next.

I am sorry to hear the screen on your Charge 3 tracker is blank. Thanks for trying to resolve this and sharing that the tracker is syncing, I am glad to assist you. I recommend changing a clock face by following the steps from this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi,
Maybe I should elaborate further.
When I said that it can sync, what I mean was during the syncing process, I need to read off the password from the tracker, but in my case, the screen is blank, and I am not able to read the password to complete the sync process. So I cannot change the clock face as it had not completed the sync process as you had recommended.
Any advise you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
