I have a line of missing pixels on my Charge 3 device which I got in January this year. After looking at advice, I have tried rebooting a couple of times and this hasn't helped. Please can someone advise?

Hi @SJWright91, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen has a line of missing pixels. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I'm having the same issue. Hoping to find answers based on your conversation above!
I accidentally tried the support suggestion, changed the face to see if that was the issue, but still missing pixels as well.

It appears that charge 3 start to malfunction after the recent update. Customer Support is no help and refuse to repair or replace devices that were corrupted surfing the last update.

I had that issue as well, it occurred before the warranty ran out. They told me to update the fitbit which I did. It temporarily fixed the issue but then the screen went dim and you can barely see anything. FitBit's solution is to buy another one.
