Hi, 
I have recently started training for a half marathon, which I am using my charge 3 to track.

However, I have noticed that I really can't see the screen when I'm outside, regardless of the weather. 

This is making it very difficult when I'm trying to track my progress, please could you help?

Hi, @Paris31 the Charge 3 has a facility to set the screen to “dim”.  Could you have this turned on?  From the clock face swipe left until you come to the settings menu and make sure Brightness is not set to dim.  I would advise keeping the setting on “normal” as I find that auto can be too dim out of doors.

If keeping the setting on normal does not solve this, then I am afraid that your Charge 3 may be coming to the end of its useful life.  It is an older tracker now and other users have reported that the screen seems dimmer than it was when new.  I am finding this with my own device.

If and when you are ready to upgrade you will find that the bright colour screen now available on all newer devices is a great improvement for outdoor visibility.
