So my charge is on auto dimming. But it's always so dim I can not see anything. Now the screen is so faded in both side that I'm not able to see the screen unless it's a small strip down the middle part of the screen.

Hi there, @Apuffs16. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 3.
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I had the exact same thing happen with my charge 3. It still tracks everything but the screen is completely dead on mine (and none of the fixes fitbit support offered did anything). How long have you had yours? I had mine for 2.5 years before the screen died, and like literally the only function not working is the screen. I ordered a charge 5 in August that still hasn't been shipped and and I've continued using my charge 3. It's annoying to not be able to see the stats without the app but my screen has been dead for 7ish months now and it still charges and tracks okay, so you probably have a while before it completely dies if that's any consolation
