Charge 3 screen issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I charged my Charge 3 overnight and when I unplugged it this morning it has these vertical lines running through the display. I have also found that swiping up/down on the screen is not working, I can only tap the screen to cycle through calories/steps/exercise/stairs/heart rate.

I restarted the Fitbit and I tried changing the clock face as recommended by other users, but with no luck. Can you please advise on what to do next?

Hey @shoregirl86, welcome to the Forums.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue by yourself. Since the restart process didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

In the meantime, let me know if you need anything else.

Hey there! I'm having the same issue mentioned above, and have also tried to solve it in my own with no luck. How did this get fixed? Is there anything I can do?

I reached out to the Fitbit folks and did the troubleshooting things they
asked for me to do, with no success. They ended up replacing my Fitbit, as
it was only about 3 months old. Good luck but I think they're having a bad
run of screens. Even my replacement one has a line of pixels that doesn't
show up any more. That started about 2 months ago. It's not unreadable like
my old one was but nonetheless it's frustrating.

I'm thinking that the charge 3 is a lemon.  I haven't received a reply to fix mine when I reached out for support, or an offer for a replacement.

After charging, I also have vertical lines running through my screen. What fix is recommended?
