Charge 3 screen issues

Sometimes I have the black screen issue with my Fitbit Charge 3, but this time I'm unable to restart it, however I tried more than a dozen times. Several times the restart seemed to work, but only as far as a half of the smiley face showed up alongside with a vertical line of pixels.

After that the clock face apperad for a blink, but in a wrong position.

Tried to restart over and over again, but it still doesn't work.
