My Fitbit charge 3 stopped displaying all of a sudden, it responds to every change with a vibration but the screen stays irresponsive !. Can some one help - Tried restart and other tricks - No luck. Pretty disappointed as I took great care of the product.

Hi @hkpatel.ucc, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the display issue that your Charge 3 has experienced. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know if you restarted your Charge 4 as described in this help article. In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the display turns on properly.

Wow that was quick the response :),
yes confirming that I have performed a restart as per this article, holding the button for more than 8 seconds while on charge, and 2) changing to all clock faces too.. fit bit sends a signal through vibration that the new clock face is installed just that the display is pitch black zero..
appreciate you recommend other things I can try mate
