It keeps dimming and I can't see the settings in order to brighten the words or numbers. I can't even see the time anymore! - Please help!

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker. If necessary, you can also perform a long restart:
If after following the instructions shared above you are able to see the screen, please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND) and Sleep Mode settings are turned off. In addition, please try to change the brightness on your Tracker. For instructions on how to navigate your Charge 3, please visit this article.
