Charge 3 screen lighting

I can’t see the screen on my fit bit.   I tried resetting it and changing clock face.   Still cannot see and tried brightening the dim.  Any other ideas?

@ConnieMayle1970 Are you trying to look at it outside or inside?  Unfortunately, the Charge 3 is very hard to read outside and there's nothing you can do about it.  It's the type of screen display that makes it difficult to read outdoors.

 

Now, if you're not able to read it inside, then that is not normal behavior.  I would reach out to Customer Support if you're not able to see the screen in normal indoor lighting conditions.  Best of luck!
