I’ve had my Fitbit for three months and has been working up until this morning. The screen wont switch on even though in the app the battery charge is on medium. It has collated data overnight but won't even count steps now. Everything has froze.
I have gone through the instructions in the Troubleshooting guide, put it on charge hold button on side for 15 seconds but still nothing is happening. It didn't even vibrate when I put it on charge. Nothing is happening whatsoever. Disappointed that this can happen within a few months of having this.

Seems this is effecting lots of people this mornibg. Have a look at the forum. Lots of people with same issue. Is this a software update issue???

"Please check in your Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app."

Thank you. This is a good idea. I tried it but it didnt work. Luckily my husband purchased insurance with this so I can get an instant replacement once the shops are open.

Hi I am having the same problems, no screen for 6 weeks now, although it is vibrating! have tried resetting but that isn't working! Any help much appreciated

I have tried changing clock face also, this didn't work for me. Only had watch since September
