Charge 3 screen problems

Anyone know how to resolve this please?

 

I have a Charge 3 (just out of warranty) This is actually a replacement as my first one developed white lines on the screen.

 

This replacement (6months old) now has a fading screen, so much so I can barely see anything on the screen.

I have restarted it and changed the clock faces hoping it would help but no luck. It gets darker each day.

 

I had the Fitbit Charge2 for 1 year and have had the Charge3 for a little over a year (including the replacement) both of which are now broken. Surely Fitbit can’t expect their customers to replace their trackers every 12 months?!
