My screen is black, it is tough to sinc to my phone app, the step count is less accurate as compared to previous, it appears to charge but the only info I can get from the Charge 3 is on my phone, appears to be since the most recent update as has been black for about 2 weeks. The screen was very dim for the past 3 months and I could not see it in the daylight outside. At that point I could sort of see the screen and find settings to try to adjust the screen to Auto but now there is nothing.

Hi @DLPOD, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen, syncing and step tracking issues that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this. However, let me help you with this.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen issue gets fixed.
Regarding the syncing problem, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Finally, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps.
Monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
