The screen on my Charge 3 is completely dark. How can I access the Brightness control if I can't see what's on the screen? Help me please!

Hi, yep, same problem here with my Charge 3: black screen although it’s bluetooth connected to my iPhone. What can I do?

Mine is doing the same thing. It was extremely dim and now black. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting and nothing. Any fixes that anyone has come across I’d love to hear them.
I called support too, and went through the same trouble shooting and nothing. Waiting to hear back from them.

It’s pretty impossible to check the brightness if you can’t see anything. I’ve tried swiping to the left several times I believe the brightness is the first one. Tap on it wait a second to see if it changes then repeat to see if it improves it. Mine it didn’t work. Since I’ve been dealing with this for quite some time, I’m getting a new device. Support got back to me. Just not sure what one to get now.

I have been having the same issue when I am outside. I come in to check the brightness and can see it fine inside. But I can’t see anything when outside. So frustrating.
