Charge 3 screen too dim

I can’t see the screen at all when outside. I’ve restarted and checked the brightness. It defeats the purpose of having the Fitbit to track my walks and runs. Any advice?

Unfortunately, there's no way that I recall of being able to change the brightness of the Charge 3, hence why I don't wear mine much anymore.  Your best bet would be to try and exchange it for a Charge 5 or 6 is possible.
