Was out on a run this evening, went to check heartbeat and it was on the notification screen thing. I've tried the change the clock face etc tried a reset via the inbuilt reset. It's now been on charge for 2 hours however the screen will not come on, yes I've tried the 8 second reset, still not having it. I purchased this device June 2019.
How do I now get a replacement?
