My Charge 3 was faulty, and I received today a new one, but now I cannot synchronize it with the app in my Phone. Someone any idea? I tried to deleted the app and download it again, but it is not working. And the screen on the Fitbit just show the logo and the website.

If you are seeing the Fitbit logo on your Charge 3, it means that your tracker isn't setup. If you are having problems pairing your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
