Good morning, I have tried now everything but nothing work. From last week the Fitbit Charge 3 does not connect with my cellphone Fitbit app to download exercises. I deleted the Charge 3 from my Fitbit profile and I want to add it now again but nothing is working.
I pressed Set up a Device, select Charge 3, press setup, I agree on policies, link it to my laptop with charging cable with the correct alignment, press next, the message "we found your tracker!" reflects but then after a few minutes the message "Not working appear" with 3 options but the 3 options does not help also.
Please help

Welcome to the Community, @Spekke.
Thanks for troubleshooting this setup issue. If you are having problems adding your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know how it goes. 🙂

I've got the exact same issue as Spekke reported since last Sunday.
I am using a Flex 2 on a One Plus 6 T phone and I've got no connection for 4 days now.
I've tried everything, including un-pairing my tracker and my phone and since then, I am not able to pair it again.
I end up in the exact same situation with this "we found your tracker!" message but after a minute I get this "Not working" error with 3 options but the 3 options does not help also.
I tried on my tablet and on another phone and the problem is the same everywhere.
I contacted customer service but the level of response I got was somehow very poor...

Another problem that I experience is that my android phone does not see my fitbitcharge 3 anymore under bluetooth when scanning is pressed.

Pretty much same thing here.
My Flex 2 doesn't show in "connected device", even when it is just near by the phone.
I can see it however in the "previously connected devices".
I need to remove ("forget") it from the "previously connected devices" list and "pair a new device" again.
That usually do the trick and I can then see it in "Currently connected" but just for a limited time.
