My replacement Charge 3 has stopped pairing, syncing all data gone and this is what happened to my original 3. This has been the worst Fitbit ever and I can't help wondering if it isn't a ploy to get you to buy the Charge 4. I never had a problem with the Charge 2 but this is supposed to be Charge 3 advanced and I find it anything but!

I am sorry for the delay in response and understand how are you feeling. Can you please tell me if you continue to experience these issues your Charge 3? Is it now syncing properly?.
