Okay, I'd ask customer service but don't have or want Twitter account. Woke up this am watch battery was 17%, charged it for 4 hours. When I removed it from the charger and pressed the side button, nothing happened. So I synced it and tried to resync but it is asking for a 4 digit code. I have no idea where to find this. HELP!

If you are receiving a message to enter the 4 digit code, it means your tracker isn't paired. You can setup your unit by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
