Charge 3 setup issues

I have buy today Charge 3. And i have plug in to charge at 2pm. And until now is still 98% charge. And i have try sync it with my phone and don't work because the screen of Charge 3 only tell me to go to fitbit.com/setup and nothing else happen. I have try already both resets and nothing happen. So can u guys help me because i have already try if live chat and is not working
