Charge 3 showing error code 001

Hello! Having a mare with my charge 3. Noticed it hadn’t counted steps I’d done for odd days when I last updated. The next day it was showing the 001 error. I followed the stages which are listed on here with regards to cleaning the connector pins and back of Fitbit (which were already clear) tried reboot (holding down side of Fitbit while charging for 15 seconds) it showed a smiley face then went blank. About a minute later it just keeps coming back with the Fitbit logo and 001. I’ve not even had my Fitbit a year! Please help!

Hi @Skye1990 It sounds like you tried a long restart. As that didnt help I'd suggest you contact Support.
