Hi I wonder if any one can help or advise please, my mum gave me her charge 3 as she received a charge 5 for Christmas, I linked it with my phone after creating an account and it worked perfectly for one day, however in the evening it began flashing and buzzing with dnd and sleep on the screen I followed advice and factory reset it by doing a long reset, my phone then was unable to sync to it. I have logged out, deleted and reinstalled the app, I have removed my phone from the settings account , I have reset the charge from its settings, turned Bluetooth on and off but it still displays message error 1 when I try to link my phone and it via the code numbers for initial set up. I have tried off another phone and also I pad, all get the same error code does anyone have any ideas please xx

Could you please confirm that the error that appears on your tracker is 001?
